My husband married another women but I don't wanna divorce from.

I'm a tamilian and my husband from Varanasi, uttar pradesh. We both were in relationship and we married each other one year back with friends. And we hired that from our family. Now my husband went to his native and married another girl without knowing me. I got to know this after one month. Now i filed DVC case in court.he deleted all our wedding pics from my drive but i have our original wedding invitation and eye witnes.i don't want divorce or money from him.what punishment he will get legall

hello mam, alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, if he had married you and the other girl at his native place, then you shall remain as the legal wife and the second marriage is void, he will be criminally charged for the act of bigamy for unlawfully conducting a second marriage and shall be imprisoned for a period of upto 7 years. you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you
