my husband is planning to leave the country on H1B visa
22-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir/Madam, my husband who has been married to me since Oct 2011and having two kids has left us in Oct 2019 and has lodged divorce petition in Hyderabad family court.We wrote to NCW as he took away all our things and the police in Bangalore did not lodge any FIR.Now the matter has come to SP and we wish to stop him from travelling abroad as it is taking time for case transfer from Hyderabad due to lockdown and Supreme Court closure.Is there anyway that police can stop him from travelling out of country before I can issue him a legal notice.Kindly help me as I have little kids and my mother has psoriasis and my father was COVID affected.We are going through hell and life has become disastrous.
okay I understood your question first you have to file againest him to maintenance case and I think you are contest divorce case where you Arevwork ng that place you have to take case transfer petition file at supreme Court and transfer to he case from where you are live and working and you have to file Doury case also so you do it these work I think your husband come to one track okay thank you for asking a quequestion
