My husband force me to separate from him and he is involved with some unmarried woman. He dont want to divorce me but also he can not be able to love me or stay with me what should I do?

In this situation you should stay in your matrimonial house, do not leave your matrimonial house, if your husband force you to move from his house to your parental house don't do that in this situation. That your husband cheated on you having affairs with other women's. if you want to file a divorce you can do it as contested Divorce also claims maintance, if he didn't want to pay. There are many things to go through, have to talk regarding the entire issue. Thanking you.

Hi dear, You have several remedies 1) You can file contested divorce and at the same time you can also file application for maintenance 2) You can also file petition under domestic violence to get protection order, residence order, Monetary relief, Custody of Children etc.

If you have inclusive proof that your husband engaged with some other woman then you can file a suit for damages against the person and your husband as well beside filing for divorce and alimony.
