06-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband filed for divorce and I have a 4 years daughter, I don't want to give it immediately. We are not leaving together from last 2 years. we are married at 2019. After marriage we are leaving in Pune but in Corona his father expired and he left the joB & shifted to hometown to handle fathers business , that time I was at my fathers home for delivery. But when I went to in laws home our bonding was totally disturbed due to his mother interference, I left the in laws home last two years ago

Well, if you do not want to Divorce your Husband, then no one can compel or force you to Divorce him. It is your choice. If you won't agree for Mutual Divorce, then, your Hubby can for a Unilateral Divorce, but, it may take years for him to get Unilateral Divorce without your co-operation.
