My husband cheated me by hiding his impotence.... When we asked his father he said that his son took treatment in solapur first he shown to dr xyz and then to dr xxx i've that record..... Now how to prove that in court do court???? Do court ask him to do checkup in govt hospital and get report..... They also tortured me for dowry but i dont have proof, Please tell me what will be the procedure in impotence case.

Hi if you are seeking divorce from your husband then you have to file a divorce petition on grounds of cruelty and sodemy with subsequent evidences and initially we have to file a legal notice and then proceed with the case and subsequently you can ask for an interim maintenance from your husband!
