My husband and I are seperated after 14 months of marriage due to mis compatibility , it's been 9 months now , husband not cooperative for mutual divorce due to in law control . I don't want to go for contested divorce as it will take years . Now for my queries ,n1. If my husband file for RCR , can I ignore the proceedings ? If I do can the court force me to go back and live with him .2. When getting seperated , I brought back all my jewels including the one put up by my husband side ? Can they take proceeds against me for this ?nnKindly comment

If the court orders for RCR, you are at no compulsion to go and live back Though it’s a non compliance of the order of the court , when it deals with family matters , it’s called quasi judicial proceedings where enforcement of orders of the court is not mandated Therefore you are at liberty to decide
