My husband abandoned me in rented house inumbai only with rental agreement. He and my in laws together have taken away my jewelry in my absence. I am a dependent wife. To claim back jewellery i don't have any bills as they were gifted by my in laws during wedding and also some purchased by me and husband but the bill is on his name. They have me mentally harrassing me as i don't have kids even after 10 yrs of marriage. In laws are not ready to disclose his whereabouts. What to do?

If you want to file for divorce you can file for divorce separately in family court. if you don't want to file for the divorce. Then you file a criminal complaint against him at police station. Also you can file a complaint against him for domestic violence
