My father hit my mother and his mental health isn't sound at all.

Yesterday my father punched my mother after the topic of divorce came up. His mental state isn't sound at all. A minute ago he is crying the next angry at everyone. He has also threatened that if my mother leaves him he will kill himself and his son i.e. me. We feel unsafe around him and best I think would be that he be admitted to some mental hospital. I am completely lost at this stage. Seek some advice hear.I apologise If this questions doesn't relate to this site.

Legally speaking you should file a complaint against your father in the police station of your area regarding all your grievances. That will be just in case your father comes out with doing anything nasty. For more legal assistance I will be just a call away.

Really sorry you had to see this. You can file a police complaint & with the help of police send him for his mental treatment. Also, once the divorce is final you both will be safe & sound. For further details contact us.
