In an 18-year live-in relationship, she may succeed in claiming reasonable compensation or maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act for economic/emotional abuse, but not a refund of all past expenses. Payment is court-discretionary, based on proof. A fraud/cheating case is weak and unlikely to succeed.

Live-in relationships aren’t treated as marriage. She can’t claim “compensation” for past expenses, but may seek maintenance if relationship resembled marriage. Cheating alone isn’t fraud unless deception is proved.
