My bf doesn't want to marry me.

We were in relationship for 5-6 years, suddenly one day he said that I can't marry you. I am jobless and my family won't accept this. Even though we were in relationship after few months I was pregnant, due stress I got miscarriage after few weeks. At this stage I asked to marry me by conceiving is family members but again he refused to do that. I want to marry him. Is there any legal rights and his there any way that he can escape from marrying me. We both r hindu. And bc caste.

With the proofs that he had relationship with you by giving promise of marriage, give a complaint with All women police station, where that man resides. Give a chance to him if he realises his mistake, or get him an appropriate punishment.

hello alocious here, I can well understand your concern from your query raised, if any man has had an affair with a women with an intention to cheat her with a promise of marriage and eventually not fulfillong, would amount to rape, a complaint can be given against him to bring things to perspective, you can contact me for further clarifications, thank you
