My 6 month old daughters custody

My In-laws keep mentally torture me everyday, almost fights every 2 month, they throw me out of the house. Last time when they threw me out of the again with my 3 month old baby, my husband told me that if they will ask you will leave? Just stay and ignore, when I denied because I dont feel safe, they can throw me anytime, he said that I am taking my girl if you want to come then you can or leave. Can he snatch my daughter from me If i dont want to live with them and ask my husband for safety.

no. an infant is best protected with the mother. the law always consideres the best interest of the child. you're in wrong time at wrong place. you have legal right to protect your child, love separately and get minimum amount from earning husband to survive yourself as well as your infant baby.
