I want to asky mutual divorce is pending and I want to order from court for residing in matrimonial home

Why do you want order for residing in matrimonial home when you have applied for mutual Divorce? Mutual Divorce is only possible if you and your husband have mutually decided not to stay together and that period has to be more than one year.

Dear queriest, how come you will get an order from court regarding residential rights in matrimonial home, where you have already filed for mutual divorce, if such was the case then you have to mention the same in your consent terms where the other party is agreeing for the same, for more information about the same kindly call me
