Mutual Divorce filed. Can i file for waving off 6 month cooling period

My mutual Signing date is on 31st Oct, I just want to confirm when will be my final signing date come? Can I request to court waving of 6 months period. We are living separately from last 2 years. We don't have any child. I want to to remarry on Apr month.
You can request the court by filling an application for the same but it is always the discretion of the court to allow such application or not.

Yes. We can di that. U need to approach the supreme court for this. First we need to approach the district court then high court n then sipreme court as per the law.....further details can be explained upon meet
