Mutual divorce but husband not giving the jewels to me back.

I want to get divorced with drug addict husband, he also agreed it and we filed mutual consent divorce and he agreed he will return my 15 lakh worth jewels at that time. But now he is not appearing in the court and not giving that jewels what i want to do ?nDid i get my jewels back?
