I got divorce in lower court under cruelty section 13ia and I went to appeal in highcourt now matter is settled how to go through mutual consent or compromise petition
first we need to file a mutual divorce petition and the section 13b of Hindu Marriage Act along with the mou which is member and M of understanding where you and your wife can put all the terms and conditions so that in future you are not she can face any kind of issues which each other
