Mutual concent divorce with child Custody

Can it be possible to get mutual divorce and give away custody of 4, month old baby to his father ?

Yes, Mutual Divorce is possible if your Hubby is ready for it. Additionally, you can give the Custody of your Baby to her father if father is alone willing to take care of the Baby and her responsibilities.

Yes it is very much possible to get mutually divorced if you and your husband are married for atleast a year. It is also possible to give the child custody to the father, although mostly the custody of this tender age is generally granted to mother.
