My husband has extra marital affairs outside marriage and he constantly cheating on me by talking calling meeting her I need justice in this case How can i save myself from this marriage and such husband

Well, you can seek a Divorce from him under the concerned provisions of the Hindu Marriage Act, if you are a Hindu. You can get this Unilateral Divorce on the ground of Adultery by producing evidences of Adultery.

You can file for divorce under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act for adultery. Collect evidence of infidelity, seek maintenance under Section 24, and file under the DV Act if there’s emotional abuse.
