Mother and me being harassed by father for monetary reasons what to do

I am a 24 year girl and me and my mom are going through mental torture by dad and his brother & 6 sisters. We get money for basic needs after begging so much and he hits and abuses us for various reasons. He spends the money we should get for his sisters and brother and purposely tortures us by exaggerating about it. We are not getting what is our right. He blackmails us that he will throw out out of the house. I want to know our rights without filing a divorce or we need to file for getting our part. The property we should get and if we could do anything for the torture and violence.
