MFA divorce case not admitted in high court

01-Dec-2024 (In Divorce Law)
My husband filed an MFA in 2021 . I got to know through my advocate. The case is not yet admitted. Is it necessary to file vakalat before I get notice from court. Now I have also obtained NOC from the advocate due to lack of faith. I have two questions. 1. My previous advocate had filed vakalat but the case is still not admitted. Now I have obtained NOC from her. Can I file vakalat after I get notice from court ? 2. Can I appear as party in person. For this what is the procedure ?

Dear Sir, You can appear in person and file objections to the MFA filed by your husband. Your appearance before the Court can be postponed till the officially receive some notice from the Court. It seems you are on record as your previous advocate filed vakalath.
