Meri wife last one year se mere sath nahi rahti hai aapsi sahmati se ab main uske sath nahi rahna chahta. Lekin ab wo mujhe alimony ke liye bol rhi hai aur achha khasa paise demand kar rhi hai usne mere naam pe personal loan le rakha hai aur bhar bhi nahi rahi hai, ab mujhe dhamaki de rhi hai court Main Jane ki aur Fasane ki ghar se jate samay gold aur cash le ke gai,Padhi likhi hai freelance main event and all karti hai but janbhuj ke full time kaam ni karti Taki mujhse paise demand Kar sake,20

Dear Client based on your query, Under Indian law a wife is entitled to claim maintenance or alimony under section 125CrPC . However, if she is educated and capable of earning but is voluntarily unemployment, this can be a contested divorce. If she is threatning you falsely with legal action you can comolaint at your local police station or file Section 9 for RCR.
