Mere papa ne10 lakh shadi m mere account m trf kiye th...as a dowry...bt ab mera husband unhe cash m dene ko bolra h muje.....taki koi transaction hi na dikhe...ki isne paise liye h....kya krna chahiye? Please suggest

Just tell your dad don’t give any cash. And if they are forcing you to give them then mark my words it will not be the last time they will demand. You can always transfer the money to your husband’s account if you want to give him money. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Is case mai aap bank Mai jo withdrawal slip bhare, usme saaf saaf like that you are withdrawing the amount to give to your husband. Aur is withdraw slip ko hamesha sambhal kar rakhe ..! Use pehle ek kaam aur karo, apne bank ko apne registered email address se ek email likho that u want to withdraw the amount to give the same to your husband as dowry amount …how much amount can u withdraw ? Aur agar aap cheque se withdraw karo tau yehi reason cheque k piche bhi likho aur cheque ki pics le lo both side …..money withdraw karne k baad dobara bank ko email karo, aur saath mai ek email apne patents ya sibling ko bhi karo …aur income tax mai bhi dikha dena that u have given to your husband …aur bank mai pata karo ki kya cash withdraw ka reason woh apne system mai mention kar sakte hai kya ? It is advisable that no amount is provided as cash in the form of dowry as it is a punishable offense. if your father is willing to give the money by his own choice without any demand for your benefit. it is advisable that you take it your account and use the money for the good of you both as a couple.
