Mental & physical abuse by husband.

I am married for last one year . I am staying with my husband in his government quaters and I am 7 months pregnant. My husband is mentally and physically torturing me . He is asking me to leave his house . And he wants to take divorce. As I am pregnant currently I don't want to take divorce and I have no other place to live. Kindly guide what can I do. As I can't leave his house.

You have a very strong case and he cannot force you out of your shared household. Firstly, you need to raise a complaint before the women cell against the atrocities committed upon you by your husband. What he is doing is totally wrong and you have a legal right to demand maintenance from your husband and a good standard of living and a household. DV - Domestic Violence petition daaliye. uske through aapko Residence Order, Protection Order, Maintenance sab grant ho jaayega. Suit ki pendency me interim Order aa jaayega aapke Protection and sustainability ka.
