Mental harassment by husband how to file mutual divorce
15-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married for almost 29 years. My husband has been a habitual drinker and it has become an addiction for many years now. I am unable to bear the stress and mental trauma any more and would like to file for a mutual consent divorce. He is also agreeable to this, now, since he says he does not want to give up his habit for any one or any thing. We have a daughter who is now working. I have tried my best to cope all these years hoping for some reason to dawn on him but now I realise it was a futile expectation on my part and I have reached the end of my patience
