Mediation agreement in court is it legal? Can opposite party breach it

06-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Sir/Madam My wife filled 498a and restitution case against me, I have filled a divorce in Bangalore. We have agreed in mediation that we wil pay 70 percent money while closing 498a & Restitution case. Remaining money and jewel to return at the time of divorce. All mentioned in agreement, can they breach a mediation agreement? After taking money, will they be able to reopen 498a case as they are going to be a hostile witness. Pls clarify. How valid is the court mediation agreement?

Dear Sir, Mediation Agreement will be sent to Family Court where your Divorce case is pending thus you will get divorce. You may go for such arrangement and see that all the proceedings are closed once for all. The decree passed by Family Court on the basis of mediation agreement is binding on all the concerned parties.
