Me and my wife got married in may 2022 with Hindu traditions. We registered our marriage as well. We lived in our house with my parents for 6 months waiting for her visitor visa for Australia as I am a permanent resident of Australia. After we went in November 2022 we started to have small quarrels, we visited my brother - in - law place in Adelaide. After coming back, the quarrels increased and 24th Jan she went to London for an experiment. I was sick at that time and taking medicine for depression and anxiety. I begged her not to go but she left saying it's important. It was 1 and half week trip but she didn't return for 3 weeks and my sickness got worse. We both came to India on 18th feb. We had conversation in which I said I will live here now. she said she doesn't want stay in our house and if I don't agree she is ready to get separated. Next day her father came and took her with him with all her belongings. Now she is not answering my messages or call.

Dear Queriest, as per your query you have mentioned that she has left her matrimonial house without any valid reason then you have two options open 1. to file restitution of Conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act or 2. file case for divorce under section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act. for more information about the same please contact me.

In case you want your wife to cohabit with you, you can file a case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights with the Family Court. And in case you feel you can not spend a happy marital life with your wife, you can also file a case for Divorce with the Family Court.
