Maynot have sufficient proofs of mental torture

While I read all the information from the website, I still would like to understand proofing part of mental torture. What if parents turn hostile, who were present on multiple occasions of mental torture. However, there is no recorded evidence of the same. Also, what if the partner is doing this only when he is drunk and not when he is not drunk.

the meaning of mental torture and cruelty is too vast to be connoted into some specific words. even if your husband does some sort of mental torture to you in his drunk condition but that has amounted sort of cruelty upon you. being alcoholic a drunk in itself is mental torture to other person.
