Matrimonial issue divorce alimony

Wife left matrimonial home by own, Then file cases in mahila aayog. Also filed false 498. Later on her Father try to kill me ,On road her Father & her boyfriend attack on me using blade. Also tried to through Acid on me but luckily my legs only burn from acid. Now I got discharged from hospital I have some blade scratches on back ,Also Acid burn mark on legs. So can I file case under 326 IPC

Absolutely, you can file a complaint and request to file your FIR against the accused under section 326 amd 326A among other punishable offences. This must be done immediately without any further delay. Do mention that your wife is also involved in all these incidents.
