Matrimonial issue divorce acid attack alimony false 498

Wife left matrimonial home by own, So I filed petition for divorce. Then she filed complaint in mahila aayog as well as false 498a FIR. Now I am on anticipatory bail & in next week there is date in court. But 2 day back wife father through acid on me & attack by blade , Also tried to kill me. Currently I am in hospital. So can I file FIR under 326 & attempt murder

yes immediately file complain/FIR in police.. acid attack is dangerous crime mind sahi ho jayega unka.. bail oppose krna unki jail hogi definitely.. contact us for free legal advice we are expert in such type cases.
