Married to another women after 13 year relationship

Married to another women after 13 year relationship and promise of marriage. Now he is again cheating where he is assuring of taking divorce from his wife and marry with me. Which is a lie and I have all call recording where he bullied his own wife. Can this legal case for still giving me false hope of marriage and cheating?

You can file an FIR against such a person for committing such punishable offences against you. You have full right to get justice against the wrongdoing of such a person.
