Married to a girl in temple now parents forcefully married her again

i had marry to a girl in a temple in the presence of pandit, vakil, and my three friends.after some time her father torcherd her and forcefully made her to marrige with someone else. now is so puzzled that she also agree with her parants due to continuous torcher and threat. i am no longer contact with her but i know i am married what can i do for get her back plz help..one more thing i have no marrige critificate only video and photo graph
Dear friend as per your question and acording to law this marriage not valid but as per evidence you file a haveus corpus writ before high court because you have some evidence of marriage but when you file writ then girl also in your favour
