Married since four months how to take divorce on cruelty ground

Can I get divorce from my wife without any problem. I got married 4 months back. Everyday my wife & in-laws are threatening me & my family. My nature of job is touring around for which I can't keep my wife with myself. But instead of understanding my problem they are torturing us like anything. What should I do?

In any way dear man you have to wait for one year to file divorce under Hindu law , if you can satisfy the court that in this marriage you are going through exceptional hardships then you can file divorce within one year of marriage .

u can go 4 judicial separation bt it z very tough. so better u wait 4 completition of 1 yr atleast. bt my personal opinion z if possible &it z d only problem then convince them.divorce z not so easy if both r not ready
