Married man having affair an and wife and another woman knows this

How law will act if a married man with kids is having an affair but his wife knows about this and is ok with it and the woman whom with he is having affair also knows that he is married and has kids

in the general aspect if you want the knowledge pertaining to that you may read about it. if you are a party in this situation then there are different aspects of it. if both the parties know about each other then why you are so concerned.

This is called adultary n this is only for ground of divorce for your wife of she proved it. The extra lady even if she knows it’s better you submit an apprehension intimation keeping in view future case of rape etc Thanks n b in touch
