My friend(girl) recently married on nov 15th,2023. She is in relationship with someone, forcefully parents married with another guy,now girl is not able to be with their family,she always giving suicide tendencies about the mistake she did,now my friend has planning to elope with his boyfriend(married girl&unmarried boy)By giving a note to all about she don't like the marriage leaving home,don't search for me like.now boy will face any legal consequences further?girl willing to elope with her bf

sure u can go as per ur wish but make sure to arrange a meeting for this . if u are sure about parents not accepting you can reach nearby advocates and ask for legal help . Most of ur boyfriend does not come under any crime because no crime or offence on adultery. IPC 497 SECTION ABOLISHED .
