Married for 3 years how can I file for divorce

Hindu, Married for 3 yrs. One 2 yr old son. From day 1 my Husband has been following his mother and has put me in all sorts of troubles. He earns around 70k but all 70k goes to loans which he has got. He has got 4 lakhs from me to cease one loan. He gets loans to their family business which incurs nothing but loss. In laws are really bad and the guy is very very short tempered. . Lost the trust him. We are very much middle class people. Bit afraid of how much will divorce cost and will there be any benefit me, Knowing this my In laws are calling all my frnds and relatives speaking Ill of me
