What if you marry hiding your true caste identity and later find out? and if a child is born who is now an adult then what to do next to put all the documents and mother's caste I surname behind the child

your issue seems very difficult to explain. your query is not clear. why do you need a remedy which isn't a wrong under any act??? do we have a law that punishes jhumlas??? lying needs to be punished. your issues aren't clear to me. for more legal issue related help, contact me and meet me in person with all relevant papers. feel free to connect.
