Hi, i was 18 at the time of marriage, rn i am 19, she is 26, i was arranged married, forced by her family, they even gave us 2 lakh rupees for marriage expenses, as we said we have bad financial condition to do it, so theygave 2l, after marriage, i found she is mentally ill, she used to threat of jumping from terrace before marriage, and ran away from home too, she tried to stab me once, and she cheated on me with an neighbour, her father is saying to give 15 lakhs if don't want to stay withher

firstly, the marriage is void. Secondly, if you can prove her unsoundness and your age through 10 mark-sheet and the witnesses can provide testimony of unsoundness. the case can be dismissed and there will be no need for divorce and there is no marriage

File file a complaint against her and maintain file D and file a complaint and mention their father name and they're all relative name in the complaint and if the police officer are taking action action against him otherwise I love 175 three application before the magistrate for lodging FIR against the persons

You can definitely Seek divorce in such cases where the partner is mentally ill or is unable to maintain sanity in the marriage under HMA and since this marriage was also forced and coerced, you can take the defence of that particular fact also And the marriage can't get dissolved through divorce when it comes to maintenance there would be a liability for you to pay the maintenance to the wife but it doesn't have to be like 15,00,000 it can be lesser than that given your financial situation
