Marriage with minor girl, we want divorce

meri arrange marriage hue Hai, ladki k mata pita ne age as per documents clear ni ki , ab meri age 24 hai aur ladki ki 18 chal rahi hai shadi 4 June 23 me hue hai , dono logo ki aaps me ban ni rahi ab kya kru

For mutual divorce petition can be filed only in July 2024 as minimum one year separation is essential. However the petition can be filed for the nullity of the marriage as the girl was a minor at the time of marriage. In such a scenario it would be considered as if marriage has never been done.
