Marriage with father's maternal uncle's son is it valid

I'm Hindu. Can I marry my father's maternal uncle's son? Is it valid under which law I can marry him.we are of same age.

No, a Hindu cannot marry his father's maternal uncle's son. This relationship falls within the prohibited degrees of relationship under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Such a marriage would be considered incestuous and therefore illegal.
no other law can legalise this marriage.
