Marriage stopped after groom attempted suicide any consequences

My sister marriage is stopped due to groom attempted suicide,what proof needed to be collected from groom ,so that my sister does not have any future problem from him? I need format in which i have to obtain written format.
For his suicide police must have filed case under section 174 with or without reasons. Further enquiry police will close the case. So have to get those documents as an evidence. That will disclose the reason.

Please ascertain that if by any chance your sister was anywhere responsible for his suicidal death, then you may be careful in obtaining copy of the statement recorded by police in this regard.
