Marriage on false information can I get marriage annulled

I am a victim of fraudulent marriage and was cheated in marriage; the bride is suffering from Chronic Schizophrenia with acute intensity prior to 4-5 years of marriage. Before marriage she was taking treatment with private psychiatrist and for this I have some original medical bills and prescriptions before marriage date. So after gathering all the facts, I left her at her parent’s house and filed a petition for Section 12(i)(b) and 12(i)(c) to declare marriage null and void within time. Now, I want to know that how will I get her entire medical history about her illness from Pvt hospital?

Ur information is incomplete. When did u get married ? Whether marriage is consummated or Whether u have any issue out of said wedlock . How will the court get convinced that u had no prior knowledge ? U cannot get such papers from Pvt Hospital. U have to get medical papers from Govt. Hospital . However, ur spouse must accompany with u to get treatment. Now it is difficult. You should have handled tactfully . Now after filing the case u r asking query. Your advocate must guided u. Such situation is delicate and needs patience and proper guidance . I wish u success though I have sympathy for the illness if she has not cheated u. If u love her then u can understand her. But if take it otherwise then endless court proceedings.
