Marriage on false information can I claim divorce

Dear Sir/ Madam, I got married in Aug 2014, later on I came to know that my wife has mental disorder & having medications for 2 years before marriage. My wife & her parents never revealed this fact to us before marriage. After eight months of marriage she left us & went to her parents’ home without informing anybody. My parents don’t want her to come back. Now I have also made up my mind I want to file divorce petition. But I don’t want to give any alimony since I am from middle class family having a limited source of income. My question is it possible on the ground of cheating/hiding d fact?

U should have clear evidence of her mental disorder and it is of serious nature and u were not informed. U have not mentioned why she left matrimonial home . Why ur parents dont want her to come back. She may allege that ur parents harass her. The question of alimony and maintenance is the later part . First u should have concrete proof and must send Notice before taking any steps . Thanks and regards
