Hello Ma’am, You are legally entitled to shift to a new residence for your and your daughter’s welfare, especially for education and a peaceful environment. You may move your personal belongings and can also inform your husband about the new address afterwards to avoid unnecessary allegations. However, it is advisable not to remove or dispose of his exclusive personal articles without proper communication.
