Marriage certificate valid for second marriage if first marriage is n

My friend has a son and got divorced ten years back. nw she has interest in second marriage due to the new partner compulsion nd married him in a temple . But that person is already married and has wife and daughter. Nw both my friend and her partner have applied for marriage certificate at court. Is this certificate valid, kindly advice.
if your friend has married in temple to that person who's having a wife and daughter that marriage is invalid even by getting marriage certificate. your friends or his wife's consent also will not validate this marriage.

Hi.. If marring during the life time of first marriage then it amounts to offence and in such cases second marriages are void and no importance in law and in such case marriage certificate issued by the court are no valid.So Better think before getting certificate.
