Marriage by providing false information

My wife and her family cheated me by providing incorrect date of birth, 4 years younger than actual year. (I have proofs for it PAN card, voter ID) She is 2 years elder to me. Even she has cheated me for small issues in our daily life. Can I go ahead and file cheating and divorce case on her?
if it is with in one year of your marriage you can file a petition under section 12(c) of the Hindu marriage act, seeking for annulment of marriage which was obtained saying false and also you can file a complaint with jurisdictional police for cheating
