Aap ek police me mar pit ke liye shikayat karo. Aap alimony ke liye court me case file karo jisme aap apne bharan poshan ka kharcha le sakti ho. Agar aap ke bacche hai to unke liye bhi kharcha le sakti ho

If the behaviour of your partner is intolerable towards you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction. And if you wish to go legal and if there's no scope of living together then rather stretching the relationship you should file for contested divorce under the ground of cruelty. I would suggest you to go with mutual divorce because it's cost effective and ends up in a maximum of six months.

Law aapke favour mein hai. Aap Domestic Violence Act ke under case file kar sakti hain aur cruelty ke basis par divorce bhi le sakti hain. Saath hi aap maintenance/alimony ki application bhi de sakti hain taki aapko financial support mil sake. Court se protection order bhi mil sakta hai jisse wo aapko dhamka nahi paayega.

Madam apki baato se lagta hai aap domestic violence sei pidit hai. Dekhiye mere ya kisi aur kei sujhav sei apki samasya Khatam nahi hogi kyunki ab baat kafi aage nikal gayi hai behtar hoga aap kisi achhe Vakil sei jald sei jald sampark kare.
