How to file online case for maintenance. In marriage of nine years facing economic abuses domestic violence. Both the children are suffering too. Mental status of my n elder child is not going good. As father keep presureing him im not in talking terms for last 7-8 months

There is no provision of filing maintenance Pettitions online, you have to come present before the court in person and need to sign some legal documents. however you need not to appear each and every date of hearing as you may be represented by your counsel. court may grant maintenance to you and both of your children according to your living standards.0
