Maintenance to wife deducts directly from employer

Can salary of a govt. Employee is credited in account after deduction of maintenance to wife directly from employer?

yes if there is a direction from the court for the attachement of salary then u get deducted salary. It's all depends upon the court order If u r a govt employe then salary will be attached from his account

yes. you can get husband's salary attached via order of court and then it can get credited directly to your account. just file an application for attachment of salary of the husband in court. once the court orders the same , the same should be sent to employer for directions as per the order of court
