After that he had filed appealed in district court where again I won n orders of 1 lac per month has been confirmed . My husband works at very good designation. Both the courts have found the earnings that’s why orders passed . I have two minor daughters too.will he be bounded by the court to pay ?nOr will he apply to high court nAs I can’t afford high court charges.

Yes he is bound by the court's order to pay the maintenance as per order but it is his right to file appeal against the order if he wishes to. He cannot be stopped from filing an appeal against the order.
