Maintenance Of Wife Parents In 125 Crpc

Can a wife ask for maintenance of her own parents in 125 crpc ? If not any judgement which says husband is liable to maintenan his inlaws ?
Husband is legally bound to maintain his wife and children as per Indian Laws. Your wife cannot claim Maintenance for her parents from you. There is No such provision under the crpc or under the new law BNSS. You may seek a detailed legal Consultation for further advise

Husband is not liable to maintain his in-laws, as they aren't his liability to maintain. The in-laws can seek maintenance under The Senior Citizen Act from their own children. The judgements are not needed. The statutory laws are self-explanatory.
