Maintenance in DVC and divorce petition

My wife filed DVC for maintenance suppressing her job and income. I filed counter with proof of income of wife. Now she resigned her job and filed application in section24 for maintenance mentioning past job and presently not working. Lower court she hiden job details and senior division she mentioned about job...how dispose both cases without maintenance n how to apply for perjury application
Well, as she has lied to the Court, so you can file a case of Perjury against her. Once you will be able to prove the charges of Perjury against her, she will also become ineligible to get the Maintenance Order in her favor from Court.
